Almost 6 million people have fled from Ukraine. And they need to work.
Only last week we talked with a hotel that was willing to take a couple of our clients but ended up taking 5 Ukrainian women who also need a job. They weren't the only ones. People still care about this, which is fantastic. So we help each other. But we help those in need. Regarding giving a job, if there are 2 candidates for a position then Latvian and Ukrainian - which one do you think they will choose? We have to be way better by either knowing German or Italian or having to be a real pro in what we do.
Knowing another (foreign) language gives a person magnificent opportunities. By knowing German you can speak to 100 million people in Europe. If you speak French you can speak with more than 70 million people. Italian - 64 million. Those are huge markets where to explore, work and live.
