Changes around us

Good morning, y'all

Days are getting sunny and rivers are flowing faster and faster. On the side of the mountain in Italy having lunch in the grass is not bad, not gonna lie. Hah, living in the Alps is pretty good.

So there, everything changes around us. But it doesn't matter if we want it or not.

Russia is attacking Ukraine. We have a war. A real-life goddamn war. With tanks, missiles, bodies, and rape. With sinking battleships. I don't remember when was this done but when searching in Google "Last time someone attacked a ship" Pearl Harbor was the thing.

That kind of war.

But not only our security but also different kinds of industries. Energy, fuel, food, supply chains, materials, and a lot more. But not only what you see and hear in news headlines.

There have been more than 5 million refugees. Escaping to Europe, including the Baltics, Poland, and Italy. If first intentions and help are good and necessary, there soon set a real-life reality - they have to live/do/work there. War is going to be with us for quite a while. Therefore, many, many people come into our workforce. All over Europe.

So our message is to learn something. Language firstly. English is not the most crucial language you know. It's the next one. German, French, Spanish, or Italian? Then learn a skill and be able to talk to different people. Skill can be anything - playing an instrument, knowing how to cook, or making cocktails?

If you know a second (foreign) language and you know a skill, you are more valuable than for example Ukrainians.

If you don't then we will choose them without a doubt.
